Porn Addiction Recovery Program for Men | Arise and Heal

Arise and Heal — Men

Porn Addiction Recovery Program for Men

A Christ-centered, science-backed path out of pornography — weekly coaching, a brotherhood of men in the same fight, and named tools you drill until freedom holds.

You Are Not Broken

If willpower were enough, you'd already be free.

You've fought hard. You've deleted the apps, installed the filters, promised God it was the last time — and you meant it. So when the streak breaks anyway, the enemy hands you a conclusion: I'm just broken. That's not guilt talking. That's shame — and shame is the number one demotivating force on the planet.

Guilt says I made a mistake. It's feedback about a behavior, and it can move you to act. Shame says I am a mistake. It attacks your identity, and it keeps you hiding, isolating, and white-knuckling battles in your head that you were never meant to fight alone. Here's the hard truth: you cannot outsmart the enemy in your head. Freedom doesn't come from fighting harder in the dark — it comes from turning to the light, getting connected, and training differently.

If you've wondered why trying harder keeps failing, read why willpower doesn't work for porn addiction — and what actually does.

The Program

Not another resolution. A training program.

Arise and Heal — Men is a coached, Christ-centered program with a clear structure and a clear finish line: graduation, when your self-mastery is consistent. Here's exactly what's in it:

  • A 12-week minimum — long enough to drill new tools to the level of reflex, not a five-day detox
  • Weekly live group training with a recovery coach — real teaching and real drills, alongside men in the same fight
  • A weekly one-on-one coaching session — private, focused on your fundamentals and your battles
  • Free ongoing group access after graduation — the brotherhood doesn't end when the program does

$50 registration · $90/week until graduation

What You'll Learn

Eight named tools — drilled until they're yours.

These aren't vague principles. Every tool below has a name, a method, and a drill — and Reuben teaches them openly, for free, every week. In the program, you train them until they hold in the heat of battle.

Breaking Shame

Guilt says I made a mistake; shame says I am a mistake. You'll learn to spot the "I am" lies underneath your worst moments — and use vulnerability, which is like turning a flood lamp on shame, to break the cycle that keeps men stuck for years.

The First & Second Voices

God's voice is the first voice — still, small, felt in the heart. The enemy's voice is always the second. When you're getting pummeled by that loud second voice, you'll learn to stop and ask: what was the first voice I missed?

Flagpoles

A safe place you run to when you're triggered — a drilled pattern interrupt, just like a fire drill. You move your body to a new location, do something physical, then connect: pray, call someone, remember what you're fighting for.

Notice It, Name It, Flip It, Find It

A simple way to step out of the thought spin and into awareness. Notice the thought, name it, flip your attention to your breath, and find your power in the present moment — without trying to fight or control the thought at all.

Defeating Negative Self-Talk

There's no logic the enemy can't flip, so you stop fighting thought with thought. You'll learn to pause the spin, connect at the level of the heart, and decide which of the fifty voices in the room gets your attention — because what holds your attention holds you.

A Warrior's Prayer

Praying like an adult son, not a helpless child. You bring every resource you have to God — even if it's five loaves and two fishes — and ask Him to upgrade it. Your responsibility and His power, combined.

Practice & Drills

In the heat of battle, you drop to the lowest level of your consistent training. So we drill — past "I get the concept" all the way to unconscious competence, where the right response is a reflex you could run in your sleep.

Focus on Today

Streak-counting can quietly become the problem: chase the number and you stop doing the fundamentals. You'll learn to put targets in their place and fight the only battle that actually exists — today is my day to win.

The Rhythm

What a week looks like

Recovery that lasts isn't an event — it's a weekly rhythm you can actually keep.

  • Every week Live group training

Train live with your recovery coach and the other men in the fight. Real teaching and real drills — running a flagpole together, practicing breath work — not a lecture you sit through.

  • Every week One-on-one coaching

A private session with your coach to check your fundamentals, work on what's actually underneath the struggle, and set your training for the week ahead.

  • Every day Daily practice and drills

Short, consistent daily work with the tools — drilled toward unconscious competence, so what you've trained is what you fall back on in a hard moment.

  • When it counts Check-ins between sessions

When a hard moment hits midweek, you're not alone with it. You reach out, run your flagpole, get back to a zero — and bring what you learned to the next session.

Who It's For

Built for men at two crossroads.

Single men

Preparing for a healthy marriage — getting free now, so this pattern doesn't follow you into the covenant you want to make.

Married men

Working to restore the marriage you have — rebuilding trust with your wife and becoming the husband you committed to be.

This is probably not for you if…

  • you're looking for a quick fix or a 30-day detox — this is training, not a patch
  • you're not willing to show up to a group and a one-on-one every week
  • you want a filter or an app to do the work for you

No shame in any of those — but we'd rather be honest with you now than waste your time and your money.

Your Coach

Meet Reuben Aiton.

Reuben is the founder of Arise and Heal Recovery and the coach behind every group training and one-on-one in this program. He's not a stage guru — he's in the trenches with men every week: running drills, checking fundamentals, and walking guys through their hardest battles one at a time.

His approach is Christ-centered and framework-driven: real connection with God, real neuroscience, and named tools you actually practice — never hype, never shame. He teaches the same material openly on YouTube every week, so you can hear his voice and test his method before you ever pay a dollar.

Questions, Answered Straight

What men ask before they register

How long does recovery take?
The program runs a minimum of 12 weeks, and you graduate when your self-mastery is consistent — not when a calendar says so. Some men graduate at twelve weeks; others take longer, and that's normal. Recovery isn't a streak you protect. It's a set of skills you drill until they hold under pressure — and after graduation, you keep group access for free.
Is this therapy or coaching?
This is coaching. Reuben is a recovery coach, not a licensed therapist, and the program doesn't replace mental-health care if you need it. What coaching gives you is structure: named tools, weekly drills, a live group, and a coach who checks your fundamentals every week. Many men do this work alongside a therapist, and the two complement each other.
How is this different from a 12-step group?
Twelve-step groups offer meetings and fellowship; this is a coached training program. You learn specific, named tools — flagpoles, breath work, breaking shame — and drill them until they're automatic, with a coach checking your fundamentals in a weekly one-on-one. And it's openly Christ-centered: the goal isn't managing an addiction forever, it's resolving what drives it and building self-mastery that lasts.
Is it confidential?
Yes. What you share in group stays in group, and your one-on-one sessions are private between you and your coach. The men in the program are fighting the same battle you are — nobody is there to judge you, and nobody is there by accident. If you have questions about privacy before joining, ask them before you register.
What if I relapse during the program?
You get back up, and we learn from it. A lost battle is feedback, not an identity — you failed at something; you are not a failure. You won't be shamed and you won't be asked to leave. Your coach helps you find what actually drove the loss, adjusts your training, and keeps you moving. The men who get free aren't the ones who never fall — they're the ones who stop staying down.
Do I have to be religious for this to work?
This program is openly Christ-centered, and we don't water that down — connection with God is treated as a real source of power, not a metaphor. The tools stand on solid neuroscience: awareness, breath work, and consistent drilling work on the brain you actually have. You don't need a strong faith to start — many men begin this work feeling distant from God, and find their way back through it. But if you're looking for a purely secular program, this honestly isn't it, and we'd rather tell you that now.
What does it cost?
Registration is $50, then $90 per week until you graduate. At the 12-week minimum, that comes to $1,130. When you graduate, you keep access to the weekly group for free — the support doesn't end when the payments do. If cost is the thing holding you back, start with the free assessment and get clarity before you commit to anything.
