About ARISE AND HEAL Recovery
Our Mission
At ARISE AND HEAL RECOVERY, we are committed to empowering men and young men to overcome sexual compulsions. Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can discover your strength through Christ-Centered, scientifically sound tools and principles and reclaim your life. Our programs are proven to work for anyone who is willing to take responsibility for his life and be an active participant in his own rescue.
ARISE AND HEAL Men
ARISE AND HEAL Men is for single adult and married men focused on preparing for a healthy marriage relationship or on improving their current marriage relationship. The program includes a weekly online interactive group training led by a highly trained and experienced recovery coach. It also includes a weekly one-on-one coaching session with your recovery coach.
Participants work for at least 12 weeks to achieve consistent sexual self-mastery while learning new effective principles and tools that will enable them to act in a way that is congruent with their values. Once an individual reaches twelve weeks of consistent mastery, he can continue to attend group sessions for free while deepening his mastery and helping others in the group to deepen theirs.
Group Training Times:
Wednesdays from 6 to 7pm MTN (Utah)
Thursdays from 7:30 to 8:30pm MTN (Utah)
Saturdays from 9 to 10am MTN (Utah)
Investment:
$50 Registration
$50/week for group and $40/week one-on-ones ($90/week total) until graduation (Group is free thereafter as long as you maintain graduation requirements.)

ARISE AND HEAL Young Men
ARISE AND HEAL Young Men is for young men under 18 and young single adult men preparing for a full-time ecclesiastical mission. The program includes a weekly online interactive group training led by a highly trained and experienced recovery coach. It also includes a weekly one-on-one coaching session with your recovery coach.
Participants work for at least 12 weeks to achieve consistent sexual self-mastery while learning new effective principles and tools that will enable them to act in a way that is congruent with their values. Once an individual reaches twelve weeks of consistent mastery, he can continue to attend group sessions for free while deepening his mastery and helping others in the group to deepen theirs.

Reuben Aiton
Since 2015, Reuben Aiton has been working with men and young men who are overcoming sexual compulsions. He is a Certified Life Coach, a Certified Self-Mastery Coach, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, a certified Master Practitioner of Neural Linguistic Programming and a certified Master Practitioner of Mental Emotional Release (MER).
Since 2016, Reuben has helped direct and run a nationwide sexual self-mastery practice. He also developed a Self-Mastery Coaching Certification Program used to train hundreds of mentors working in the self-mastery field.
Reuben is the author of Arise and Heal, a Guidebook to Achieving Self-Mastery and Discovering Your Purpose. He is also the author of Never A Happier Time, Lessons from the War Chapters of Alma on Achieving Greater Self-Mastery.
Reuben also holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering and worked for 26 years in the manufacturing and technology industry. This training and experience has enabled Reuben to master a systems thinking approach to helping individuals identify the true root causes of sexual compulsion and other self-mastery challenges.
