1. Terms of Service
1.1 Who we are
"Arise and Heal Recovery," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Ignited Living Group, LLC, doing business as Arise and Heal Recovery. These terms govern your use of ariseheal.org, our related pages at go.ariseheal.org, and your participation in our coaching programs, assessments, and free resources (together, the "Services").
1.2 Coaching, not therapy
Our Services are coaching and education. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, addiction treatment, or a substitute for any of those. Reuben Aiton and Arise and Heal coaches are not licensed physicians, psychologists, or therapists, and nothing in the Services constitutes medical or mental-health advice. If you are in crisis, experiencing thoughts of self-harm, or need clinical care, please contact a licensed professional or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the United States) immediately.
1.3 Eligibility and parental consent
The Arise and Heal — Men program is for adults 18 and older. The Arise and Heal — Young Men program serves young men under 18 only with the informed consent and enrollment of a parent or legal guardian, who remains our point of contact for all program decisions.
1.4 Fees and payment
Program enrollment is a one-time $50 registration fee, then $90 per week until graduation. After graduation, ongoing group sessions are free for participants who maintain graduation requirements. Fees are billed through our payment processor; by enrolling you authorize those recurring charges. We may change pricing for future enrollments; changes never apply retroactively to an active enrollment.
1.5 Cancellation and refunds
You may stop participation and cancel future weekly billing at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops all future charges. Fees already paid are not automatically refundable; any refund request will be reviewed individually.
1.6 Your commitments
Group coaching depends on trust. By participating you agree to keep other participants' identities and disclosures confidential, to participate respectfully, and not to record sessions without written permission. We may remove a participant whose conduct endangers the safety or confidentiality of the group; removal for cause does not entitle a participant to a refund of fees already paid.
1.7 No guaranteed outcomes
We are proud of our participants' results, and we work hard for every man we coach — but recovery depends on factors within your control, not ours. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome. Testimonials on our site reflect individual experiences and are not promises of results.
1.8 Intellectual property
All program materials, frameworks, workbooks, videos, and the Arise and Heal name and logo are the property of Ignited Living Group, LLC, or its licensors. You may use them for your personal participation in the program; you may not republish, resell, or distribute them without written permission.
1.9 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is," and Ignited Living Group, LLC's total liability arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
1.10 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
2. Privacy Policy
2.1 What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, and phone number when you submit a form; your answers when you take the Self-Mastery Assessment; payment details when you register (processed by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers).
- Information collected automatically: basic website analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) via cookies and similar technologies.
2.2 How we use it
- To deliver the Services — scheduling, coaching, assessments, and resources you request.
- To communicate with you by email or text message (see the SMS policy below).
- To improve our website, content, and programs.
2.3 What we never do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Given the personal nature of what we do, we hold your information to a higher standard of discretion: your participation in Arise and Heal is nobody's business but yours.
2.4 Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate the Services — including HighLevel (CRM, forms, scheduling, and messaging), our payment processor, and Google Workspace (email). They process your information only on our behalf and under their own confidentiality obligations.
2.5 Children
Our website is not directed at children. Information about Young Men program participants under 18 is collected from and managed with their parent or legal guardian (see Section 1.3).
2.6 Retention and your rights
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. We will honor verified requests within a reasonable time.
2.7 Cookies
You can set your browser to refuse cookies; the site will still work, though analytics will be less accurate.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Policy
By providing your phone number and opting in through one of our forms, you consent to receive text messages from Arise and Heal Recovery, including appointment reminders, program updates, and replies to your inquiries.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected].
- Your mobile number and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. Opt-in data is used only to send you the messages you signed up for.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these terms and policies from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated to active participants.
